CLIMATE PERKS

As a business and as individuals, we are acutely aware of issues relating to the climate crisis as a result of human behaviour. So we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment, and encouraging our employees to be as sustainable as possible in our practices.

When we heard about Climate Perks, it felt like a no-brainer to sign-up. We’re helping our staff choose slower, greener holiday travel, by offering paid sustainable journey days for those who get to their holiday destination without flying.

It’s making our staff re-think how they travel, without having to make compromises on the number of holiday days available to them. It’s an excellent initiative and we’re calling for more organisations to join us and help kickstart a movement for clean travel. 

DIVERSO

We are part of Talentino Careers DIVERSO programme which supports young people with learning difficulties in London colleges to improve their early career development via workplace encounters. Our students spend time with each department at Inkling getting first-hand experience into what a career in communications could offer. From brainstorms to photoshoots, we ensure work placements are insightful but most importantly fun and we hope the students get as much out of them as we do.

10,000 BLACK INTERNS

We are proud to be part of the 10,000 Black Interns programme that aims to transform the horizons of young Black talent via paid internships. Through the scheme we connect with diverse and underrepresented talent, welcoming them into the Inkling Culture family for a 6-week internship. Our interns spend time learning with an integrated team of specialists across PR, influencer marketing, experiential, digital and creative. A placement at Inkling Culture offers valuable insight into the full spectrum of opportunities available when working in comms, which we hope inspires students to pursue a future career in the industry.
